Ownership and Life After Launch
You own what you pay for.
No strings attached.
Your website is a business asset. It is not a rental. Once the project is complete, you own the full source code and all associated data. There are no recurring licensing fees and no mandatory monthly retainers. This is capital infrastructure that stays on your balance sheet. It is not a monthly expense that bleeds your operational budget.
I do not believe in charging monthly fees for doing nothing. Most agencies use maintenance retainers to create a predictable income stream at your expense. Deneb4 does not do this. You pay for the engineering once. You own the result forever. If you decide to move your site to a different provider or have another developer look at the code, you have the full legal and technical right to do so.
I set up your site using professional cloud providers. You hold these accounts directly in your company name. For most industrial-scale sites, storage and hosting stay within the free tiers of these providers. If your data grows to a point where the provider charges a fee, you pay them at cost. I do not sit in the middle of your billing. I do not mark up your infrastructure costs.
I build systems designed to be stable and self-sustaining. However, I am not disappearing. If you need a new feature, a technical update, or a structural change six months from now, I am available for flat-fee service calls. Think of it like calling a specialized technician. You only pay for the expertise when you actually need it. I do not charge you a monthly fee just to stay on the phone.
